Local Property Group has delivered property maintenance, compliance work and full refurbishments across London and Essex since 2008. We started as a one-van plumbing and heating operation in north London and grew into a multi-trade firm of 40 certified engineers covering every borough plus a year-round operation in Mallorca, Spain.
We work for private landlords, housing associations, social-housing providers, lettings agents and homeowners. Every job comes with a written quote, no hidden callout fees, and a workmanship guarantee. We are Gas Safe registered, NICEIC certified, PCA + BDMA trained for damp work, FMB members for major build work, and carry £5 million public liability cover.
How we work
Every job starts with a free site visit or a video survey for smaller jobs. We give you a fixed written quote within 24 hours — held for 14 days — with an itemised materials and labour breakdown. Materials are supplied at trade rates. The same named engineer who quoted carries out the work, signs off on completion, and issues the relevant certification (Gas Safe notification, Electrical Installation Certificate, EICR, FENSA, etc.) where applicable.
Emergency callouts (no heat, no hot water, leak, electrical fault, lock-out) are dispatched within 60 minutes on average across the London zone, with diagnostic and first-fix typically completed inside two hours.
