We run a year-round caseload of UK-owned villa, finca and apartment work across Mallorca. If you are an autónomo or a small Spanish trade firm with the right paperwork, we have steady weekly work for you — paid in euros within 7 days.
Trades we are hiring on the island
- Fontaneros — plumbing, pool plant, water-pressure systems, leak detection
- Electricistas — registered with the Conselleria de Industria, ITC-BT compliant
- Albañiles — reformas, terraces, terrazzo, stone walls, tile-laying
- Pintores — interior and facade, including stucco veneciano and lime-wash for fincas
- Piscineros — chemical balancing, salt cell replacement, pump and filter servicing
- Jardineros — drip-irrigation, palm trimming, alarm-armed garden teams
- Limpiadores — turnaround cleaning crews for holiday lets, ironing service
- Project managers — bilingual, with autónomo or SL registration, for refurb oversight
What we expect
- Autónomo o SL registrado en España con NIF/CIF válido
- Seguro de responsabilidad civil mínimo €600,000
- WhatsApp Business y disposición para enviar fotos del trabajo terminado
- Inglés conversacional útil (los clientes son británicos) pero no obligatorio
- Facturas mensuales con IVA correctamente desglosado
