For projects requiring drawings — extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations — our in-house designers produce architectural drawings and manage any planning or Building Regs submission.

What types of project does design and build cover?
Any project involving more than one trade — full house renovations, loft conversions, extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, full refurbishments between tenancies, and multi-room fit-outs. We handle projects of any scale across London and Essex.
How does having a single project manager actually help?
When separate trades quote independently, nobody owns the programme. If the plumber runs late, the plasterer arrives to an unfinished substrate and the whole sequence slips. Our PM owns the programme from day one, books trades in the right order, manages dependencies and is accountable for the overall timeline.
Do I get a single quote for all the trades?
Yes. You receive one fixed-price document covering all trades, materials and the PM cost, with a single payment schedule. You are not managing separate invoices from separate contractors. Changes are agreed in writing and reflected in a single variation document.
What happens if an issue arises after completion?
You call one number. Because all trades are employed directly by LPG, we assess the issue, identify which trade is responsible and fix it — without you needing to work out who installed what. All LPG workmanship is covered by our 10-year guarantee.
Do you handle planning permission and Building Regulations?
Yes. Where the project requires planning permission or Building Regulations approval — extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations — our in-house design team handles the drawings and submissions. We manage all correspondence with the council and Building Control and keep you updated at every stage.
