Who we are looking for
We work with trades who hold the right certifications and treat customers properly. Specifically:
- Plumbers and gas engineers — Gas Safe registered, CP12 capable, willing to take WhatsApp dispatch
- Electricians — NICEIC or NAPIT registered, EICR capable, comfortable with EV chargers
- Damp and mould specialists — PCA, BDMA, ATMA — we run a steady Awaab's Law caseload
- Builders and refurb teams — FMB or TrustMark, fixed-price quotes, photos at every stage
- Floor fitters, plasterers, decorators, cleaners — insured, equipped, on time
- Mallorca trades — Spanish trades, property managers and refurb teams for our UK-owned villa portfolio
Minimum requirements
- UK Companies House registration or self-employed UTR (Mallorca: Autónomo registration)
- Public liability insurance £2M minimum (£5M preferred)
- Up-to-date trade certifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, FENSA, MCS etc. as relevant)
- Smartphone with WhatsApp Business and ability to upload job photos
- Two trade references and one customer reference we can call
